You may request to return your eligible item within 15 days of your delivery date. You are then responsible for shipping the product back within a reasonable timeline of an additional 7 days.
After packages are marked as delivered, it is not DermaSet’s responsibility if they are stolen or misplaced.
We encourage all our customers to request a signature required delivery if they suspect that the location is not secure.

What items are eligible for our Money-back guarantee policy?
Only single unit purchases are eligible for our money-back guarantee policy and every customer gets to take advantage of this offer only once per a calendar year.
Multiple single pack purchases and Bundles are not returnable under our money-back guarantee and can only be returned in their original unopened packaging.
How to Return An Item
1. Please send your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our representatives will assist you.
2. Once your request has been completed you can mail your return to:
- Bundles or Orders including multiple items are not returnable unless shipped unopened and in their original packaging.
- DermaSet (5 min) Instant Lift is NOT INCLUDED in our money-back guarantee program.
All items are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling paid with the initial order is also not refundable. That also applies for order that qualified for free shipping.
Prior to shipping, your order can be canceled at no cost to you. Once your order has shipped a canceled order will be subject to the same conditions as a returned order. You will incur all freight costs and a restocking fee of $10.00.
The estimated delivery time for Canadian orders is 15 days.
While still maintaining the local shipping rates for Canada, orders will travel directly from the US.
Please allow some additional time for your order to arrive.
Shipping Address Acuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If there was a mistake made in the shipping address provided by the customer, he/she may request modification before the fulfillment of their order.
Once the order departs from our facilities, it is no longer Dermaset's responsibility to send a replacement package if it is delivered to the wrong location.
If the original package is returned to our center, we can ship it again to the right address and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the package.
Please note: If you think, that your mailbox/mailing room or delivery location is not secure, please add a note to your order on the checkout page, so our shipping department will include a "signature required" option. We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered and have been stolen or lost.
